JAA’s engagements in North America focus on assisting clients to address their pressing strategic and organizational challenges in order to increase their ability to deliver results and meet the demands of their missions. JAA has worked on strategies and operational assistance for the US headquarters of USAID, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, corporations, universities, business associations, and non-profit organizations. In helping these clients, JAA is able to draw from its global experience helping businesses and organizations to grow and thrive while taking into account the unique challenges and contexts they face. JAA maintains close technical and working relationships with other American and Canadian partner firms, NGOs and universities, which we draw upon for project collaboration and methodological advances.
